Check all of your vacuum lines. Check your fuel hose routing. Check for leaks between carb and cylinders (intake boots).
Run some Seafoam through the tank.

SOURCE: suzuki 1200 bandit 1997 running rough at low revs

i had a similar problem on a suzuki gs250t custom, my bike would not start some times and if did start, would run erratically, and cut out, this was after i changed the spark plugs, found out that the supplier gave me the incorrect graded plugs.

SOURCE: 1997 suzuki 1200 bandit runs rough spits out of

its spitting fuel or coolant? - not sure but this has happened with a leaking manifold, I know it sounds impossible but I heard of it... just check the manifold anyway* (go figure)
if its fuel being spat out I''d say pitted/worn/loose/misaligned/bent intake valve(s) on no2. any pinking?
if its coolant> head gasket*

05 Bandit 1200S idles low, run rough at low rpms,

Try buying new diaframs for your carbs, because of the diafram and piston operation, if the diafram becomes weak due to heat from your engine, and by the diafram not beeing rigid enough, it hesitates to lift the needle out of the jet causing the lack of fuel at low tack/rpm when throttling up or accelerating slowly.

1200 bandit misfire at high revs a bad stutter above 6000

A chance of plugs may solve this problem or a new air cleaner .

I have 1200 bandit with fuel getting into oil

Check the Compression in all 4 cylinders, if the compression is low on one cylinder, squirt some oil or or WD40 down the bore and immediately recheck the compression. If the pressure goes up a fair bit you have a broken ring, if not you could have a burnt valve. If your getting fuel in the oil it definately sounds like a ring problem

unlikely. If u don't work on your bike the best thing u can do is take it back to whoever did the plugs and tell them to fix it.

thanks for getting back in touch guys, posted problem about my k1 bandit 1200 running rich, don,t know if problem truely sorted but i used carb cleaner as carbs were varnished feul doe.s not last as long now adays.and changed air filter, also took snorkel out of air box let in more air.its a small hole considering it,s a 1200,led too believe they use the same one in the 600 model.took bike to work today,it,s only five miles away but bike felt more responsive at low revs.fingers crossed thanks raymond.
