You've proved the problem is fuel not getting through carb. Most likely clogged fuel filter (replace but first flush out the tank and line to filter). Next, broken fuel line (brittle with age); take piece to hardware store for sizing and replace with "fuel line" - nothing else(!). Still no? Soak carb in cleaner, otherwise replace it.
That should do it, please let me know.

Suzuki DR200 will not start after cleaning carborator

Try to pull it down the road in a low gear like 1or 2 so it turns over faster then with the starter and see if it hits if not try to choke it as you pull it sometimes the starter won't turn it over fast enough to hit and run it could be getting to much gas or not enough last try to spray it with starting fluid in the carb to see if it hits if so there is something still slowing or stoping the gas flow you might just spray starting fluid first up to you hope it helps

2002 roketa 50cc will not start

If your 2002 Roketa 50cc scooter will not start, there are a few potential causes to consider:
  1. Fuel issues: Make sure you have enough fuel in the tank and that the fuel is fresh. Also, check the fuel filter to ensure it's not clogged.
  2. Air filter: A clogged air filter can restrict airflow to the engine, making it difficult to start. Check the air filter and clean or replace it if necessary.
  3. Spark plug: A fouled or worn spark plug can prevent the engine from starting. Check the spark plug and replace it if necessary.
  4. Battery: A weak or dead battery can prevent the engine from starting. Check the battery and charge or replace it if necessary.
  5. Compression: Low compression can cause the engine to not start.
  6. Starter: If the starter motor is not functioning properly, the engine will not turn over.
  7. Choke: Make sure that the choke is working properly.
It's possible that one or more of these issues may be causing the problem. It is recommend to check the owner's manual for troubleshooting and further guidance. If the problem persist, it is best to take it to a qualified mechanic for diagnosis and repair.

Hy. i just bought a moped or scooter and it won't start at all. the kickstart won't work as when i opend it there was only the leaver and nothing else inside. and the electric start is just clicking on the...

No guarantees without inspecting it but it sounds like a starter issue. Try changing the starter or contact the company/dealer you bought it from and ask. Do no tell them that you will fix it. They like to get paid for labor and I recently had a bad coil but they wanted 75 an hour to fix it. So I just spent 80 on both the coil and control box and replaced them myself, instead of spending $115 for them to replace the bad $40 part. Try the starter. It sounds like a bad one

OK i have a 91 honda civic hatchback and the engine was rebilt..it runs fine...however when i start it cranks for awhile before it starts...the starter and battery are fine however the carborator sticks...

That flap is automatic the choke. Not the throttle. Cleaning it should restore normal operation. Avoid spray plastic parts if there is any such as plastic bushing used in carburator linkage, other than that I cant think of any bigger underlying problem. Avoid prolonged high speed on rebuilt engines untill its broken in(500 miles)

Fuel not getting to carborator.

The filter is external. Located on the passenger side frame rail, about 4-5 ft from the tank. round, metal (or if previously replaced-- might be plastic). Are you sure you have a carb? 1988 models were throttle body type fuel injection. If it is TBI, you may not be getting power to the internal fuel pump. Are you seeing a fault code (the check engine light flashing)?
