Hi Pradip,
The reason for this problem may be because of you chain sprocket, check if its placed tightly, Also check your Bore Piston.

Check the rear shock absorber. Shock absorber is also responsible for vehicle balance and control along with rider's comfort. If anything of these short of problem u are facing then check adn if require replace shock absorber.

SOURCE: noise coming from front shock absorbers in bajaj pulsar bike

Just try it over after replacing the fork oil and springs.
But also check the cone sets because you may be getting the sound from that also.

Hi,

Check your gasoline filter if there's one, check the air filter, also check or just replace your spark plug(s)...

Most other things that should be done by a mecanic are like maybe cleaning the carburator(s), checking the ignition, see wether there is damage inside the cilinder...

I hope this is helpful, and greetings,

Olivier.

Hi,
A 4-stroke engine on the pulsar should not produce blue smoke. The cause for the same could have been the engine got overheated. Blue smoke generally signifies oil burning, and if it does it immediately after start up, then goes away, that usually means valve seals are worn out. You would have to get to the engine , to see where the problem is.

Thanks for using fixya

ckeck your drain plug , if not check in between case crack or damage cracks. if to serious could be a problem . If you do not
fix it at leat make sure you check oil level everytime before
riding . also carry a quart with the bike, this could get you out of a
hard time. but you should take it to the shop, and let them fix
it.......OK good luck

I have new pulsar 150 which run 2500 km's . I

Oil change intervals for motorcycles depend a great deal on your riding conditions and riding style. For lower-revving street bikes, I often change my oil about every 2000 miles (~3200 km). However, someone with a sport bike who regularly revs their engine closer to the redline, I would suggest a more frequent change interval. Off-road / dirt bikes should have their oil changed sooner because of the dusty conditions. The oil is still full of lubricants, but it is contaminated with dust and dirt that clogs the filter and eventually goes right into the engine, increasing wear. I can't offer much guidance for dirt bike oil change intervals.

I have 2007 model pulsar 150 bike, i have driven the bike for more the 45000 KM and now say (after 35000+ KM ) there is lot of wobbling in the handle when the bike speed crosses 50 kmph. I am still riding...

First change the fork cone set for banking problem, next check front and back wheel bearings

(sprocket bearing as well) for wobbling and then stay bush next back wheel damper rubber . Sure this will resolve .
