I have a 97 Chrysler Sebring V6. Every time I turn the key, just the ignition fuse blows. I have replaced the starter and battery. Could there be something wrong with a ground wire?

I doubt it.
There are several circuits protected by this one fuse, so someone will need to figure out which circuit has the short to ground.
Could be in the wiring, a stuck relay, or something else.
You'll probably need to get a shop manual to have all of the wiring diagrams connected with the key switch.
Some of the circuits include ignition, fuel injectors, engine computer, and so on.

1997 ford expedition the fuse for the gauge blowing when I turn on the key switch what cause that

Impossible to tell without knowing what fuse number is blowing, along with some basic electrical troubleshooting.
Common suspects include:
altered factory stereo
Aftermarket alarm system
chafed wiring
defective instrument lamp
defective instrument panel

92 Toyota pickup, was blowing efi fuse now its not but when I turn the key it doesn't do anything

A bad short blowing the fuse. Could be in the wiring for that circuit, or bad part, component (like the computer, sometimes a shorted injector).
Check if the fuse still has power to it. Use a test light to check for power at the fuse. If no power, probably blew a fusible link or maxi fuse that is the feed for that fuse block.
Turn key to on-do the warning lights and dash gauges come on? If not, check that power is still getting to the ignition switch. I think there are fuses (AM1 &2?) for the ignition switch, not fusible links.
Shorts in the wiring can be difficult to find, may be buried deep in a wiring harness, one needs to check continuity of wiring to locate wiring shorts, looking for high resistance in a section of wire-you may need a shop to diagnose. If you have a wiring diagram available, could start checking wiring and parts in that circuit.
If you want to get creative, here is how an auto electrician can hunt for shorts: use some jumper wires and hook up a circuit breaker of same rating as the efi fuse in that fuse slot. Now when testing you will not be constantly blowing the fuse-circuit breaker will reset every time. Unhook parts in the circuit one at a time, turn key on so power is going through the circuit, whatever part is unplugged that breaker does not trip, that is the problem-the wiring to it or the part itself. Also do a wiggle test of the wiring: key on, move different parts of the wiring and harness, if you cause the short tripping the breaker (or blowing the fuse if you just keep adding a new fuse each time) then you have found the short.
Here's a heads up: anytime you want to pull the connectors off of the computer, make sure key is off, remove negative battery terminal, pull connectors off the computer, reattach the negative battery terminal. With connectors off examine connector pins for any corrosion or bent pins.
Good luck, get power back to the ignition switch if it is lost, then start looking for what is blowing the efi fuse.

How would I go about finding a shortage in my 1994 Acura Legend? My car won't start and it kept blowing the fuse out in my ignition switch.

Generally speaking, someone would need to disconnect the circuits that the key switch controls then test each one to find the short.
You could pull the fuses to those circuits or disconnect the connector at the switch. Not all fuses are controlled by the key switch so you would need a wiring diagram to tell you which ones are.

2003 dodge grand caravan turns over but wont start

Someone will need to trace that circuit to find the short.
There are a dozen or more components controlled by that relay.
You may need a wiring diagram and/or repair manual to troubleshoot it.

I have just pulled the motor out of my 2000 saturn sl2 in order to replace the transmission and now that everything is back together it keeps blowing the 30 amp ignition fuse as soon as I turn the key. I...

I have looked at the wiring diagrams. Most everything that runs off this fuse has a secondary fuse. The only exceptions are some relays in the same box as the fuse. It's almost like the short is right there in the box. Any chance the box got hit when dropping the assembly back in?

My truck wont start

Pull the small wire off the relay and have someone else turn the key to start position and check for voltage on that small wire, if there is no voltage present your problem may be the ignition switch mounted on the colum under the dash.

Electrical short

pull one fuse at atime from the fuse box and use a ohm (continuity) meter check for ground. the better sulotion is to get a electrical diagram form the FSM (Factory Service Manual) or go to lib and see if you can get a copy of the diagram.
Start from the starter key check all main wires. and then the econdary wire.
time consumming job. but you will find it.

good luck
