SOURCE: need a wireing diagram for a 1970 honda cb 100

Have you tried the local Bike shops? In that your bike is an older model, it maybe that you have to go there and look through what they have. Older shops will have a manual there sometimes and let you look at it, but you may not be able to take it, so bring a pad and paper to copy the part in it that will help you. A test-light would help you, but being able to check the continuity is crutial for you. An Ohm-meter is a good thing to have as you can see where a wire goes, and what it is attached to. You can, due to the simplicity of you bike make a diagram yourself, with an Ohm-meter. Remember your bike has only got 2 main circuits. Ignition, and lighting. They are seperate and apart. If you need further assistance please do not hessitate to ask me, and thanks for calling on FixYa.com

SOURCE: Honda steed 600 doesn't start using the start

You have already done all the testing. Your starter works, your starter button works, your solenoid is clicking , the problem is that the contacts inside the solenoid are burnt and not making a connection. Replace the starter solenoid and your motorcycle starter will engage the way it is supposed to.

What kind of oil do i put in my 1962 honda 305 dream

Use a 10w40 specifically for motorcycles. They have it at PEPBOYS and motorcycle dealers. Automotive oils are too slippery and will cause the clutch to slip.

I Have a 1972 honda cb350f and It was running fine then one day I put the key in and the ascessory lights wont even come on, ive tried everything amd I cant figure it out , check fuse and its getting power...

If your getting power to the battery side if solenoid, check small power lead to solenoid when key is in start position, if your getting power to small (start lead) and battery side lead, then check other post of solenoid. If your getting power to first two and nothing at last post you have a bad solenoid. As far as no lights, etc. Make sure battery is fully charged and use test light or multimeter to check power at keyswitch. Hope this helps.

What is the ground wire under the seat on a Honda cb 350f for ?

If it is spare green wire under the seat assuming that the ground wire is still green. Then it is just a spare.
However, most bikes have a spare power wire under the seat that is used for auxillary connections.

How do i replace the ignition switch on a honda cb 350f

If this switch is located down on the left side, all you should need to do is trace your wiring and unplug the pig tail from the main harness. Remove the keys, undo and remove the round locking ring from the uppermost section then pull it out from the back.
You can tell the lock ring, by the slots in it.

Where are the timing marks on a 1970 cb 350

On the left side of your engine, you will see a round cover. If you remove this round cover you will see a fly wheel with a big bolt head, if you spin this bolt head with the engine in neutral. You will see marks on the fly wheel, these marks are your timing marks.

Need to know what part number is and description of solenoid for 1971 cb350

Any 12 volt solenoid will work. Yamaha has one for about $35 that is about the same size. It just has to have the two battery post terminals and two activator wires ( you may have to change the plug ends). OEM part # was 30580-306-670 starter magnetic switch assembly
