Can be many things but most likely the problem is in the Carburation. Check synchronization, float level, main jets for clogs etc. Check cylinder compression and make sure all cylinders are in specifications. At least 125 PSI on each cylinder and 5 PSI difference max between all cylinders.

SOURCE: 99 gsxr 750 losing power after 10k rpm if you have

The carburetor jets, there are 3 bands; A low, mid range and high range rpms. 10k would fall in the Mid range power. I would let the bike warm up a little bit and tweak the middle knob on the left side of the bike and keep in mind you need the right mixture so turn it quarter turn one way at a time per testing the mid range rpms while riding, tweaking 1/4 turns in between tests. If it gets worse, turn it the other direction until you find that sweet spot in the mixture of fuel/oxygen. SOURCE: I just bought an 06 gsxr 600 track bike that has

Plugs first, then clean & flush the fuel tank, fuel pump & injectors. This is very common at my shop.

SOURCE: hi i have a 97 gsxr 600 and when i start it runs

The carb needs to have the jets cleaned and you should also have the carb boot checked for any cracks or leaks.

Hello,
I don't know the car in details, but check if there is a temp sensor for a starter circuitry.
Maybe you can find a service manual on manualslib.com and check how the system should work.

1994 gsxr 750 no power in till 6000 rpms

Lots of things could cause this! Oil being over full can effect it this way but would have to be really high. You would also notice a lot of smoking if this was the reason. Carbs not being Sync'd correctly will cause this. Main jets in carb plugged or wrong size. Float level off can cause this. Timing off can cause this. Most likely the problem is in the carburation. Hope this helped!

Runs and starts fine but will not rev over 9,000 rpms, in neutrol or going down the road, runs great, starts great, revs good till 9,000. wont go over lke it cuts out. idles good. what is it, 98 gsxr 750...

First impression was why would anyone rev their motorcycle to 9 grand in neutral? I could see if you were in gear clutch pulled and ready for a "drag" or Race Start but in neutral?

Anyway I can't hear it so if the sound is like it hits 9k and starts popping then two things either an over rev limiter which I doubtr because the engine red lines at 13,500 OR you have a set of spark plugs breaking down under load

Running flat up to 3500rpm

What do you mean by "running flat" up till 3500 rpms?
You mean you have no power and can only rev up to 3500 rpms?
Could be a few things:
1.Your CAT is toast time for a new one.
2.Your Engine is toast time for a new one.
3.Check your coils and replace them along with spark plugs.

1.To check your CAT, you might want to dealer to do that. They will have to replace it under emissions laws.
2.Lack of power is when your 8 goes into limp mode due to bad apex seal(s). IE: blown apex seal(s).
3.Sometimes bad coils and or spark plugs will not allow the car to idle or rev past a certain point with out throwing a CEL light or flashing it on your HUD.

96 dodge neon, Loss of power, check engine light

check your fuel pressure, should be 40lbs+ at idle. If you dont know how to do this, have a friend or a shop check it for you. I had same problem, no power at all would barely run ect,, turned out to be fuel pump.
