With respect to your discription of the problem , it would be worth to check the timing of the bike's engine. It could be ******!
Hope this helps!

Toyota celica 1992 2.2L won't accelerate

test one , all autotmatic trans is it?
1: RPM rises fast but MPH does not as normal.
2: RPM does not rise fast , bad engine.
#1 is called a slipping trans mission or will not upshift or first gear is dead.
gears mater, to go faster than 10 the tranny must upshift.
this test is simple engine weak or tranny bad.
easy as pie to detect, ask a gear head friend for advice even hands on.
what matter most is RPM it hit doing that. 2000 , 3000 ,4000/?
If RPM goes really wild over 10mph that is bad transmission
and more tests ask

My problem is reeving system in jeep grand. Cherokee its not reeving

Jeep grand cheerkee.
what year.?
which of 3 engines> or more>?

my guess is revving , means, (its good word)
means, car dont move?
the transmission slips? (engine RPM rises fast , but car does not accelerate in the same proportions)
or the RPM fail to rise, that means the engine Lacks power
those 2 are polar opposites.
engine problem
transmission slip. (flare)
2 paths to walk. do not guess. or it gets expensive fast.

Engine flooding think it might be the gearbox

Ether a stuck float valve, or a sheared quarter moon key on the magneto/stater. Not enough info

Bike is not getting its normal pickup during gear transitions

sounds like you need to rev your bike a bit more , don't be afraid to stretch its legs in the lower gears this help keep plugs and cylinders clean.

Fuel gauge goes down at stop but rises again when accelerating.

Needle should move a little bit upon stop/go.If it is a lot would have to say it is the potentiometer in the sending unit fuel pump.

Car will not move

ok,
got a RPM tachometer in dash?
yes?
1: does rpm rise fast with right foot and no go? yes= bad tranny
this is called bad transmission (gross slippage)
2: does RPM rise just small bit ? and car wont go
yes, that means the engine is weak.

answer that. its the 1st step all mech do.
slipping A/T
or weak engine, (or brakes stuck on)

My rectifier is burned before i think there is something wrong on it, what are the basic test to identify the problems

Monitor the battery voltage. Start the bike.
At fast tickover the battery voltage should rise, at 2000 RPM or there abouts the voltage should rise up to but not beyond 14.5Volts. Any more and your battery will boil!
If the voltage on the battery does not rise, either the regulator/rectifier block is faulty or the generator is not working.
There are other factors to take into consideration: Are you using a Dynamo or Alternator?

Any more infor and I shall need more details. Bike make model, age. dynamo, alternator etc.
