Most transmission fluids on motorcycles are topped up until it is full if it has a side filling hole (stars to run out of side) with motorcycle level (like on ceneterstand). a top filling hole will have a dipstick. basically you want the gearshafts half submerged in oil.

2005 ktm 125sx how to adjust cluch after it has been bled from bottom..doesn't slip, just wants to move a little when in gear with click in..

The Magura hydraulic clutches on KTM's aren't really adjustable. If it's dragging a little when you put it into gear, there is still air in the system. The proper way to install the fluid is to fill it with a syringe from the bleeder screw until the reservior is full. This insures there is no air in the system. There are kits available aftermarket specifically for Magura hydraulic clutches that come with a syringe and a new line for around 30 dollars. It is a good idea to change the fluid and line every couple of seasons.

Need manual would like to download it ktm 125 2009

www.ktm.com
Choose your model and there is a tab for "Downloads", most I looked at show back to 2008, so your 2009 should be there. The 2009 125SX manual is now listed under the 2011 150SX, I assume this is what you have.

How/Where do I chek my transmission fluid?

YOUR TRANSMISSION DONT HAVE TRANSMISSION DIP STICK YOU HAVE A LEVEL CHECK PLUG ON BACK SIDE OF OIL PAN YOU NEED A SCREW DRIVER TO PRY OUT LEVEL CHECK PLUG.WITH ENGINE RUNNING FLUID TEMPERATURE 95 TO 113 DEGREES. IF FLUID COMES OUT SMALL DRIPS FLUID LEVEL OKAY.IF FLUID POURS OUT CHECK HOLE YOU HAVE TOO MUCH FLUID IN TRANSMISSION. IF NO FLUID COMES OUT CHECK HOLE.ADD A PINT OF FLUID AT A TIME SO YOU WONT OVERFILL TRANSMISSION. YOU NEED A NEW CHECK PLUG O - RING. IF YOU REUSE THE OLD O-RING YOU WILL HAVE TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK.DONT REMOVE CHECK LEVEL PLUG UNTIL YOU HAVE PLENTY TRANSMISSION FLUID ON HAND AND A NEW CHECK PLUG O- RING THE DEALERSHIP HAVE IT.

2005 ktm 125 engine is froze up

Sounds like a major broken bike!
What i do, is remove the gear that runs between the crank, and clutch to see what end is frozen, the transmission, or the engine.
You can also take off the exhaust pipe and look in the hole for damage.
