The speedometer on my honda sh125 has stopped working.
generally speaking, If it's an electrical (my guess the sh125 uses this), you should disassemble the instrument panel and check if there's any loose connectors .
if it's a mechanical speedo, try lubricating the cable (disassemble, spray with wd-40, let it rest, reassemble).
Even if you are proficient with this, I highly recommend visiting a mechanic or honda store - they do a great job, and can spare you a lot of time and headache.
