I get a Honda with engine 248 ccm , 1 cylinder , year 1970-1980, i don t have any documents, without serial numbers, but this is not Honda cb 250. What tip of Honda this bike can be ?

Impossible to ID most bikes by serial number alone, let alone assign a value without knowing condition, amount of original parts, etc. Do a little work yourself - Google "(brand/model) serial number" (without quotes) or at least tell us what kind of bike it is.
