Use a big syringe with plastic tube on the end and pump the fluid from the slave cylinder up to the master cylinder till the resevoir is full, hope that helps

Ktm problems
If you have a hydraulic clutch add hydraulic fluid to the master cylinder. Look on top of the master cylinder cover for the correct fluid. You might need to bleed the system to get rid of any air if the fluid went too low. If you have a manual clutch you need to adjust the linkage at the clutch handle. Turn the adjustment nut until you have a half inch of play in your clutch handle.

the SX forks really should be taken to a suspension tech to get the inner chamber properly bleed out.
You never just add a cc amount because there is usually some left inside. You bleed out the air and fill. once no more air is coming out you set the fluid level on the outter chamber 110mm to 120mm with the spring out and the fork collapsed.

What type of clutch oil do I use for my 2006 ktm 250sxf
Do you mean brake fluid for clutch pump or oil for the engine?
If you ask about oil for engine KTM recomend Motorex Power Synt 4T 10W-50.

Ktm 125 sx the clutch wont engage and disengage
You will need to slightly loosen the line where it goes into the master cylinder,...then squeeze the lever and hold it in...fluid should come out. While holding lever in,re-tighten bolt. You should get a lil bit of lever feel now. Making sure there is fluid in the resrvoir,...squeeze lever multiple times,and hold it in,....loosen the banjo bolt again,...slowly,..untill fluid rushes out. Then,..while holding lever in,retighten banjo bolt again. Check fluid,...then pump the lever multiple times again,and you should be getting some good lever feel now. After this,you may need to bleed the air out at the bleeder a couple times till alll the air is out.

hey man bout your clutch not working the master cylinder is prob gone and your hydraulic fluid has all leaked out its an easy fix jus take off cover for your fluid on left hand side of handle bars if the resevoir is empty then you no its master cylinder.

How do you change a shifter seal in a 07 ktm 250sxf
For a kwik fix you can take the shift lever off and use a dental pick and pull the seal out and replace with a new one, don't worry about messing up the one you are taking out but don't mess up the shaft. to do it right you have to remove the case on the clutch side and pull the shaft out from that side and them replace the seal.

I have a 2007 sx 250 and when i rev it up mid to top rpm i dont get powertot he wheels. but the engine is revving. maybe new clutch?
you are right sir the clutch sounds like the clutch slipping. before you buy the fibers check your steal plates

Bleed ktm 65 rear bakes 2003
the best way to bleed them is with a syringe and a bit of rubber tube. take off the resavoir tops, crack the nipples. do one at a time. fit tube over the nipple, fit the syringe into the pipe,make sure it is a tight fit bothe ends of the tube. fill syringe with dot 4 brake fluid. gently push in the plunger, very gently untill all air bubbles come out of the brake resevoir. hope this helps.

Clutch dont work
This is a easy fix. All you have to do is let the bike warm up a few minutes before you take off. I would like you to try it your way first. Then let it warm up for 5 mins then see what happens, you can warm it up faster by reving the engine but let it run for 1 min before you rev it up. Enjoy your riding.

will not start 2007 KTM 250 XCF-W hallo I have a 2007 ktm 250 xcf-w it will just not start hey.i checked everything and nothing worked. I took it into a bike shop and they managed to start her up after a very long time but it only idled for 15 secs or so.they think it is the conrod that is broken and causing this problem. is that possible to be the cause of a bike not starting? @
