i had the same problem, open the hood look by the headlights, just to the side of them you will see knobs. with the lights off turn the knobs (one at a time it is easier), turn it 'till the light come all the way up, do the same for the other then turn the lights on , they should try to go up and the immediately go down. this usually resets the motors to allow the to reach there complete stooping point.

SOURCE: motorcycle headlight won't work on 2000 sportster

It blows fuses because it is drawing to many amps. Did you change the bulb and put in the wrong one? If not you need to trace the fault.

Why won't 2002 Chevy express van with Sidewinder security system headlights shut off when headlight switch and key is off?

Either the headlight relay is stuck on, or the security system's headlight control is shorted and keeping the headlight relay on. Find the headlight relay (probably in a fuse and relay box under the hood), remove it and check the contacts with an ohmmeter. They should read open in a good relay, but will read little or no resistance if the contacts have welded together ( a possible result of rapid on-off cycling).

Where is the headlight delay module located on a 2000 jeep cherokee

If your delay module is working correctly, you should be able to turn your headlights off first, then shut the engine off and by then, all lights will go off. never need to use my delay unit always shut headlights off then the engine.

I have 1983 Yamaha Virago XV750K. The headlight comes on when the key is turned on. The headlight goes off after the bike is started and running. ???

Yamaha used a starter switch with 2 sets of contacts on many models.
One set opens to shut off the headlight (conserving battery power for cranking) the other closes to energize starter motor.
Problem is the switch gets sticky....so releasing it stops starter, but the headlight doesn't come back on after startiing.
key off, spray some WD40 around the button to get it inside, and work the button in and out...slide your thumb off to let it snap out.
Retry with key on to see if headlight now returns after cranking.

well, its not the "circut breaker" aka the fusebox, so there has to be a problem with the regulator. when you say headlight "blows" do you mean the actual bulb burns out, the fuse burns out, or the light just turns off? it matters. on a side note, if your headlight stops working, its normal for all the other lights to get a little brighter due to the extra power for the headlight going to the others.
