To get to the battery you have to remove your Passenger and Rider Seat and Gas Tank Cover. You will see a small panel on the right side of the bike unbolt it and slide out the battery tray.

Where is main fuse on 2000 kawasaki zx12r ?
The main 30a fuse is located on the battery tray. Take off the fuel tank cover, the seats and the battery compartment cover (which is part of the frame. Pull battery tray out slightly and disconnect the negative wire the engine start wire from bottom of tray and disconnect the harness white connectors, slide tray out and remove cover at the opposite end and fuse will be under the cover.

Under the seat is a main power fuse. Follow the main positive battery cable from the battery, you will find the main relay. Under the cover here is located the main fuse. Check this fuse, That should Fix Ya up.
