Low brake fluid, what year/ lost the operators guide, ?
the light glows for 3 reasons, or 4. (depends on year)
hand brake, fluid, abs (rwal) , and brake failure front or rear
the check engine light coming on is (maybe) and engine fault
again no year, stated, but it means to scan the ECU to get the
errors. connect scan tool, press scan, bingo.,
on some years,1997 and above, it also reports, A/T errors.

SOURCE: Suzuki Baleno (esteem) 1999. Engine Idle RPM not stable

you probably need to check the butterfly. its the compinent that controls how much air goes into the engine if it is weared than in idle state air leaks into the engine sometime more sometimes less and cause fluctuations in rpm

secondly there is a rpm switch which controls the rpm you can replace that switch and check

Carbon build up on pistons raises engine compression. This is normal.Go up one grade on gas and/or put some fuel additive. If this doesnt solve it,have timing belt/chain inspected may need replaced

SOURCE: Have a 2002 Outback that hesitates when it's

its probably the knock sensor! thats what happened to mines as well... its a common problem with this car.. the part costs 100.00 and all you need to change it is a wrench! :)

the only sure way to know tho is to get a diagnostic which can be done for free at autozone or sears :)

Probably you will need a new clutch kit, because it seems like it is slipping.

Vibrations during idling

which engine.??? never post lacking engine ,here is why.
1.3 L G13B I4
1.5 L G15A I4
1.6 L G16B I4
1.8 L J18A I4
1.8 L BP-ZE I4
1.9 L XUD9 diesel I4

Ill answer in the generic and for GAS engines. only.
that is illegal RPM, the ECU regulates it to 800 all the time
that means the ECU can not regulate the RPM now, for many reasons.
and sure it vibrates too low, that is normal for all 4cylinders to do that.
no bad engine mounts never lower RPM to 600, ever.
they dont control idle speed at all.
the #1 reason for most cars to idle too low are:
1: EGR leaks, (clean it)
2: ISC stuck closed (electric idle speed acututor dirty) clean it.
3: gross misfiring , caused by bad spark or bad fuel mix.
4: low compression on 1 or more cylinders (real low) Do compression test at WOT. throttle.

My suzuki baleno 1.8 1997 check engine light comes on when i give a little gas, and the engine shakes. Refs or gear doesnt matter.

see the steps and fix it. God bless you
When you turn the ignition ON before starting the car, the "Check engine" light is supposed to come on indicating that the engine computer (also could be called ECM, PCM, or ECU) is powered on. If the "Check engine" light does not come with the ignition ON, it's possible that there is no power coming to the engine computer (e.g., due to a broken wire, faulty main relay, burnt fuse, etc.) or that there is a problem with the engine computer itself.

Suzuki baleno indicator/light switch fault

The problem is probably caused by moist in the fusebox / relaybox inside the cocpit. It's placed on the drivers side below the steering wheel. In my case it was sufficient to dry it by using a heater fan for couple of hours ( over night ). Afterwards I used CRC for electrical circuits, and sprayed everything as goods as possible. It has now been working fine for more than a year, so it might be worth trying.....
