05Ultra blowing ignition fuses - 2005 Harley Davidson FLHTCUI Electra Glide Ultra Classic

You have a direct short to ground on that power feed circuit . You need to find a power distribution diagram to see what all gets is power from that fuse . Isolate the circuits till the fuse doesn't blow any more , then trace out that circuit that blows the fuse .

Which Ignition fuse ? Which fuse box is it in ? under hood , passenger compartment ?

something connected too ignition sdwitch has short to ground. remove all fuses except 20amp that blows turn on ignition see if blows. if not replace one by one till it does to isolate circuit. which fuse is blowing and where is it located.

Is this fuse 11--10 amp under hood fuse block?
If so, I'd unplug your ignition module. With dis ignition, the coil pack sits on ignition module. The end of ignition module that has two electrical connectors, one is a two wire connector, wire colors pink and black, disconnect it, see if fuse still blows? If it still blows and we're talking about the same fuse, at least you know what isn't causing it to blow. I'm trying to make sure we're on the same page about the fuse, according to my wiring diagram?

the fuse blows because you have a short in any side you have to seek the court because the fuse continues to burn

Try removing the harness connector to the motor, and see if it still blows the fuse, then you've isolated the problem.

Ignition and the Horn/Brake fuses. If all 3 fuses are good then the ignition fuse will blow. I can either have the Horn/brake and the ignition fuse in or the light and the ignition fuse in but if all 3 are in the ignition will blow. Basically I'm riding either with out headlights or no brake lights/horn. Has anyone experienced this before?Sounds like a short in the wiring somewhere.  I bet that somewhere along the wires the vibrations have caused one of the wires to wear through and its touching metal or another wire somewhere. ,,,
