Cbr 125 rw 7 instrument panel

U lost prime in fuel delivery. Once it happns it takes long time to normalize. Car is 15yr n needs inspection of the system. Bring to independent shop that has xperience. Search surecritic.com

If all voltages checked ok,then most probably its faulty instrument cluster board on which gauges are connected.Yes if cluster circuit board looks ok,then also it can be faulty.Somewhere there is minute short or burn on board then such prolem arises.
Also check the fuse box.One under hood and other under dash.Inspect each and every fuse and see if all are fine or not.

You have two pumps,I guess you know that ,if you already did one. Did you check fuel pressure at the rail and check out the electronic pressure regulator? What codes are coming up and do they stay set?

Hi, if you have fuel in the tank and the gauge is still reading empty then you problem is going to be with the fuel sender in the top of the tank.

The problem you have got is that the tank is going to have to come out to fit the new sender unit.

sound like fuel sending unit went out or a wire came a loose .
