Just got it and the wire loom is disconnected I dont know what wires go where from the stator

you have some seals that are leaking from around the crankshaft the stator is supposed to be sealed from the oil you wont have to change the stator just the crank seal

My 96 GSXR was doing this too. I found I had oil leaking into the stator case. This had "washed" the insulation off the windings (I think) causing it to short out. It shorts worst when it is hot. Now when I disconnect the generator while running it runs great. Reconnect, and a huge blue spark arcs across the plug. This causes a huge current flow at this plug (back and forth). I haven't gotten all my parts yet to try out my diag. Check under your stator cover, or just continuity test it in the bike (OHMs meter).

your voltage/reg. can be tested in a couple different ways check ground res. check res. then revs. bias on diodes you have ac in dc out it sounds like you may have a diode gone bad allowing ac curent to flow causing the wires to get hot

Disconnect the wire connections and OHM them out to ground. If you have a short to ground the wires will melt.

Stator wire from alternator

There are three wires that connect to the alternator: ORN to the field terminal, WHT/BLK to the stator terminal, and BLK/ORN to the battery terminal. The female spade must connect to a male spade on the alternator.

2000 chevrolet blazer 4x4 fuse keeps blowing

Don't know the vehicle specifically, but if you've replaced all the components that are run from this fuse then the only thing left is the wiring loom itself. Maybe some foreign object (rock or stick) has damaged the wiring and the wire in question is shorting to earth somewhere in the loom. To check this all you need to do is work backwards from the furthest point. That is disconnect the actuator on the transfer case and turn the switch on. Then disconnect the sensors and turn the switch on, disconnect the actuator on the front diff and turn the switch on. If after everything is disconnected the fuse still blows, then it MUST be the wiring loom. Have you done any " home handyman" wiring under the dash? maybe you nicked a wire by accident? It's a fiddly process, but give it time and you'll get there.

I have a 2001 kawasaki ke 100. The problem i am having is my headlights are dim. i have replaced the battery, and check the grounds on the frame of the bike. whenever i hit my brake or turn on my turn...

I dont think its the stator or regulator. If it gets brighter when you put the indicators on or apply the brake light, it sounds very much like the headlamp is using their return to earth. I know you have checked the grounds (earth), but often the grounds or earths are linked up within the loom.
Do you have a wiring diagram? If so, identify which is the earth return for the headlight and run a direct feed back to the battery negative. If this produces a bright light, you will know there is a problem in the loom.
You could just wire a new earth into the system or start cleaning all the little connectors.

Need to check out and possibly replace rectifier on 1982 Suzuki GS 1100L My battery is not charging.

It's much more likely that its the stator although they do do the odd regulator as well.
Start at the stator first as it is easier to test.
Disconect the stator wires-sometimes behind the front sprocket cover-sometimes further up the wiring loom.
Using a multimeter check for resistance between the yellow wires (3x) comming from the stator cover. Check that none of these wires has conunuity(connection) to earth.
If any/all do you have a burnt out stator- remove the stator cover & inspect- the windings will look burnt & smell bad also.

If the stator tests fine then the reg is most likely the problem.

Battery will not charge

need to check stator is ok by checking output between 3 yellow or white wires from stator unplugged from wiring loom . should get approx 15 - 20 volts AC at idle and up to 100 volts AC when reving, also check continuity between each wire with multi meter( should have continuity) and then check that none of these wires are going to earth and making continuity,if so stator has burnt out. if stator ok you will need to check reg/rec to see if diodes ok. this needs to be done with diode checker on multi meter and best done by bike shop. also you can only check charge rate at battery correctly with a charged battery and bike should charge between 13.5 to 14.5 volts if ok.

All fuses must test and be good, including the ones not in the fuse box. The stator has AC voltage out to the regulator, so you are looking for the phase wires from stator to rectifier, isolate them(disconnect them) and read AC volts from these wires(not to ground but to each other) there are 3 different combinations so write down what they need three sets of numbers around 50 Volts AC with the rpms aroung 1500. if you dont get about the same on each of these you are probably looking at replacing the stator.the wires in the stator sometimes loose their protective coating and then develope too much resistance to output enough power to keep your battery full.(try disconnect all ubnessesary add ons) The wires from stator to rectifier often get hot and melt if not kept clean inside the connectors.(look fot wires that have been hot) Reconnect any that have damage.

what comes out of CDI box? if you have it going in it is rectified and more will come out. If not change CDI
