I have a Kawasaki 4x4 mule that is not firing on #1cylinder. I cleaned out fuel filter, then hooked up fuel pump up direct to 12 volts and it is working, so what could be making it not fire on #1cylinder.

Full tune up and carb clean .get new plug,air filter.oil Chang ,carb clean and adjustment.that should do it.,., try fuel filters and test fuel pump see if it's functioning properly.,.

All batteries decline in power with usage, or through a meachanical or chemical failure. If power from one cell is significantly lower than all the rest, it sounds like it will need replacing - the whole battery that is!
Air leak .dirty air filter.,.fouled plug.,.bad gas.,.dirty carb?fuel injection? Bad fuel filter ,fuel pump test fuel pump that's the general stuff.go from there
after replacing pump & filter it ran for a little while and quit again.
WILL NOT GO INTO DRIVE JUST GRINDS....
