My bike loses power in the throttle response once engine gets hot. Rpm gets sluggish

Hi .... This may sound daft but have you recently changed or had the exhaust off ? Have a look at the silencer/muffler rear mounts, difficult to explain but they should be in a 'neutral' position, not fully pushed in. Maybe the vibes are coming straight along the pipes from the engine and through the footpegs.
Let me know how you get on.

check your fuel filter for or fuel lines for kinks, you may also check the grade of fuel
SOURCE: Clutch slipping while cold, when warm/hot, it operates great.
I have a 2000 Vulcan Nomad FI & had a very similar problem. In fact, it's a very common problem with these bikes. I fixed it by replacing the Clutch Spring. (As Described here: http://www.gadgetjq.com/clutch_spring_replacement.htm
It cost me $40 and 3 hours of time with an impact wrench.

You need to fix the fueling first - without fuel it won't run!
Your other problem sounds like an air leak - either the manifold or the carb. Check by spraying WD-40 or CRC at the manifold and carb join while the bike is running - if the revs change (either up or down) you have a leak.

Check the valve clearances, when the bike warms up the valve clearance will get tighter and a valve will not be closing properly.

I jb welded the solenoid back to my gt650r. I just got back from test ride....it did not help.... As soon as I shifted the bike to second gear the rpm went sluggish as hell. There is white dusty look stuff around the rim of the exhaust. My top cylinder is also miss firing....can anyone tell me what the hell is going on with my bike
you need to do a compresion test on the cylinder they should be real close if not the low presure one needs new rings
