SOURCE: engine vibration at 1800-rpm and up 1340 evo 1994 dyna.

Hi .... This may sound daft but have you recently changed or had the exhaust off ? Have a look at the silencer/muffler rear mounts, difficult to explain but they should be in a 'neutral' position, not fully pushed in. Maybe the vibes are coming straight along the pipes from the engine and through the footpegs.
Let me know how you get on.

SOURCE: Clutch slipping while cold, when warm/hot, it operates great.

I have a 2000 Vulcan Nomad FI & had a very similar problem. In fact, it's a very common problem with these bikes. I fixed it by replacing the Clutch Spring. (As Described here: http://www.gadgetjq.com/clutch_spring_replacement.htm

It cost me $40 and 3 hours of time with an impact wrench.

SOURCE: I need tuning specs for my 1982 suzuki gs 750.

You need to fix the fueling first - without fuel it won't run!
Your other problem sounds like an air leak - either the manifold or the carb. Check by spraying WD-40 or CRC at the manifold and carb join while the bike is running - if the revs change (either up or down) you have a leak.

SOURCE: My YZ250F loses all its power after it warms up.

Check the valve clearances, when the bike warms up the valve clearance will get tighter and a valve will not be closing properly.

1985 Cadillac Seville 4.1 liter engine.

If you have a 1985 Cadillac Seville with a 4.1-liter engine and are experiencing an issue where one injector is losing power after the car warms up, and a second injector follows, there can be several potential causes for this problem. This issue may result in poor engine performance. Here are some common reasons why this could happen:
  1. Injector Clogging: Over time, fuel injectors can become clogged with dirt, debris, or deposits from low-quality fuel. If the first injector is losing power due to clogging, the second injector may eventually follow suit.
  2. Fuel Pressure Issues: If the fuel pressure in the fuel system is not consistent or within the specified range, it can affect the performance of the injectors. A drop in fuel pressure can lead to a loss of power in individual injectors.
  3. Electrical Issues: Problems with the electrical connections to the injectors, such as loose or corroded connectors, damaged wires, or faulty sensors, can disrupt the power supply to the injectors.
  4. ECU (Engine Control Unit) Issues: The ECU controls the injectors' operation, and a malfunctioning ECU can lead to problems with injector operation.
  5. Temperature-Related Issues: The fact that the issue occurs after the engine warms up suggests a temperature-related problem. It's possible that there's a heat-related issue affecting the injectors or their electrical connections. This could be related to poor wiring insulation, which may degrade when hot.
  6. Vacuum Leaks: Vacuum leaks in the intake manifold can disrupt the air-fuel mixture and affect injector performance. These leaks may become more pronounced as the engine warms up.
  7. Fuel Quality: Ensure that you are using good-quality fuel, as poor-quality or contaminated fuel can lead to injector issues.
  8. Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Issues: Problems with the TPS can affect the air-fuel mixture and injector performance.
To diagnose and resolve this issue, you may need to perform a series of tests and inspections, including checking for fuel pressure, inspecting the injectors, testing the electrical connections and wiring, and examining the ECU for error codes. It may be beneficial to consult with a qualified mechanic or technician who can perform a thorough diagnostic and identify the root cause of the problem. They can use tools and diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the issue and recommend the necessary repairs or replacements.

Kawasaki engine on Husqvarna p-zt 54 loses power when blades engage

There are a few potential reasons why your Kawasaki engine on your Husqvarna P-ZT 54 may be losing power when the blades engage. Here are a few possible causes and solutions:

Low engine speed: If the engine speed is too low, it may not be able to power the blades effectively. Try increasing the engine speed by adjusting the throttle.

Dull blades: Dull blades can put extra strain on the engine, causing it to lose power when the blades engage. Sharpen or replace the blades as necessary.

Belt tension: If the belt that drives the blades is loose or worn, it may slip when the blades engage, causing the engine to lose power. Check the belt tension and replace the belt if necessary.

Dirty air filter: A dirty air filter can restrict the airflow to the engine, causing it to lose power. Check and clean or replace the air filter as necessary.

Fuel issues: If the engine is not getting enough fuel, it may lose power when the blades engage. Check the fuel filter and make sure the fuel tank is clean and free of debris.

If none of these solutions work, it may be best to have a professional mechanic take a look at your mower to diagnose and fix the problem.

Yamaha xl1200 waverunner losses power after it is warmed up.

Hi, most likely cause and the easiest to check is exhaust leaking in the engine compartment. Run it without the seat fitted for the same time frame and if it fixes your problem you are looking for an exhaust leak. Regards Phil.

2004 Hyundai Santa Fe loses exceleration

This is usually caused by failure of the accelerator pedal position sensor, but can also be caused by the throttle control motor. I would test the sensor first. If it fails, replace it. If it passes, che k the wiring and connectors for continuity to the pcm and throttle. If wiring is good, replace the throttle controller.
