2008 KTM 250 SX-F throttle sticks every twist

Literally, every time I twist my throttle on my 2008 KTM 250 SX-F it sticks in the position I twist it to. there's a tad resistance and it doesn't flop around when I twist back closed so I think the spring is good. maybe it just needs some lube? it doesn't get stuck just kinda feels like the throttle tube is pumped up with grease. it's just tacky. any ideas??? lube???

Yep, lube lube lube.
Take your throttle grip off and lube up your cables.
Check for quick return while it is apart.
Now make sure the grip is not rubbing (common problem), and just move it out till it is free, lube and tighten it back up in this position.
If that doesn't work check for worn out cables?
Good luck.

SOURCE: DRZ250 2007. throttle sticks momentarily

To eliminate which is causing the sticking:
Remove cable lug from throttle tube and roll throttle back and forth with 1 finger. It should roll very easily.
Now with cable still undone from the tube, grasp the cable lug and pull it straight out and slowly feed it back into the cable sheath. If it sticks, then remove carb and top of carb. Leave slide attached to cable and pull the cable out by the lug like you did before. Watch the spring compress and extend as you slowly let it back out. if it sticks again this time, you mostly likely have a single broken strand that is snagging on the coil shaped section of the sheath. If not, then you have an issue with the slide not freely traveling in the tracks, or the main jet needle not smoothly reinserting into the hole of the main jet.

Back to the very first test. If the throtle tube stuck at any point with the cable unattached, remove the rubber grip and check for cracks or breaks in the plastic throttle tube. With the rubber grip removed, and tube still attached roll it again with one finger. If it moves easily, take a look at the large round part of the grip. was it rubbing on the housing of the brake reservior?
let me know what you find, well get it figured out. - astrawoid

How to tightin my rev cable

Near the throttle body there is two nuts on both cables one is your throttle and the other is your return cable check to see if the return cable is in its cable seat if it is not you will have to reseat it but if both cables are seated correctly you will have to losen both lock nuts on both cables once you have done this twist your throttle to the idel position and hold there tighten both cables and lock nuts and this should fix your problem

What type of clutch oil do I use for my 2006 ktm 250sxf

Do you mean brake fluid for clutch pump or oil for the engine?
If you ask about oil for engine KTM recomend Motorex Power Synt 4T 10W-50.
If you ask about the clutch brake fluid you will need brake fluid DOT 4 or DOT 5.1. See link: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/90432/Ktm-250-Sx-F.html?page=36

2008 ktm 250 sx.the bike starts and runs fine until about 3/4 throttle then missfires,i have changed the complete ignition sistem but the problem is still there can any one help.

Sounds like the main jet is clogged, or you have water in the bowl..
First try draining the bowl on the carb, drain into a glass so you can see if there is any water dirt etc... If there is water, it should be fine after that. If its the main jet you are going to have to remove the carb and clean it.

One other thing it may be. If it has a CV carb (constant velocity) the boot may be ripped on the slide causing it not to lift during acceleration.
