-Yes They feel like they can do anything they want over there. But there is a law.
-Never argue and fight with them. If you think or know that they did some thing out of the law. Report or file complaint to the court or get a lawyer and find out.

Good Luck

Safety Tip

Always Ride With Traffic<br />The number-one killer of American bicyclists is riding against traffic (riding on the left side of the road). This is a killer because drivers entering roads rarely check to their right when pulling out. They assume it's clear because they know cars don't come from that direction. So cyclists riding there have no chance. Why do cyclists make this deadly mistake? Sadly, it's because parents teach them to. Why? Because they've got their safety rules confused. They're applying the adage to always walk facing traffic (a good rule) to bicycling-a lethal mistake.

After a Traffic Policy Is Applied Globally on an S3700, the Rate Limit Is Invalid When a Traffic Policy Is Applied to Interface If more than 128 ACL rules are configured, a traffic policy must be applied to the interface, VLAN, and globally in sequence. To update ACL rules, delete all traffic policies from the interface, VLAN, and system, and reconfigure traffic policies on the interface, in the VLAN, and globally in sequence

Enable or disable the firewall in windows 7

A firewall is a software or hardware base solution to filter the incoming and outgoing traffic of your computer or network. All the entering or leaving traffic from your computer pass through the firewall, which inspect the all types of traffic and either allow or deny the traffic depending upon the firewall settings. Microsoft includes the built-in firewall feature in all latest windows operating systems like windows XP, Vista and now in windows 7.
Follow the given steps to configure built-in firewall in windows 7:To use this feature, you will need to be logged into your computer with administrative rights.
First click on Start button and then click on Control Panel option. Now in Control Panel click on "System and Security" link to go next.
On next page, you can see the firewall link "Windows Firewall", Click on this link to configure the firewall.
There are many options on the left side panel of this page regarding firewall configurations under "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall", For example:
- Change notification settings
- Turn Windows Firewall on or off
- Restore defaults
- Advanced settings
On the right side panel, you can see the two types of link for firewall settings, For example:
- Home or Work (Private) networks
- Public networks
Now in left side panel, click on Change notification settings to customize the firewall settings.

By default windows firewall is on for both private and public network, here you can turn off the default firewall policies.
To allow the default or recommended settings either click on the Use recommended settings button on the right pane or click on the Restore default link on the left side panel.
Here click on the Restore default button and a restore defaults confirmation message will be opened, Click on Yes button.
But if you are a expert user then you can use the Advance Settings link on left side panel to configure the advance firewall settings for inbound and outbound traffic according to your need.
Click on the Inbound Rules link in the left side panel. You can see here a list of all Inbound Rules is displayed. On clicking an enabled rule, a list of actions is shown in the Actions Pane. Click on Disable Rule to disable the selected rule. You can also Cut, Copy and Delete the rule.

Is it true tha Las Vegas Nevada's DMV is allowing illegal immigrants drivers license

Yes undocumented immigrants obtained driver's privilege card years back which increased the number of drivers on Nevada's roads that are insured and aware of traffic rules and regulations. However applicants still needed tp pass a driving test and understand traffic laws, and be required to obtain insurance.

NetGear WGR826V has no clear port forwarding section in the setup, the mamnual is as clear as brick as to forwarding...so how do I forward a port on this brain dead router?

Forwarding Port – If you select 'Same as Incoming port' then all incoming traffic on specified Service is forwarded to LAN server without modifying Destination Port. – If you select 'Forward to another port range' then all incoming traffic received on the Service port (or range of ports) is forwarded to this port or range of ports of the LAN Server. – This field is disabled if action selected is "Block Always". – If you want to forward the traffic to a single port then enter port value in start port and leave finish port empty. – If you want to forward the traffic to range of ports then enter non zero value in finish port and make sure that service record attached to this rule has range of ports and range is equal to that of forwarding ports. – For example if you select Service as HTTP (TCP/80), LAN Server IP address as 192.168.15.10 and Forwarding port as 8080 then all traffic coming from internet on – TCP/80 (HTTP) to this Router is redirected to TCP/8080 port of 192.168.15.10 • WAN Users: These settings determine which packets are covered by the firewall rule, based on their source (WAN) IP address. Select the desired option: – Any All IP addresses are covered by this firewall rule. – Address range If this option is selected, you must enter the "Start" and "Finish" fields. – Single address Enter the required address in the "Start" fields. • Log: This determines whether packets covered by this firewall rule are logged. Select the desired action. – Never - never log traffic considered by this firewall rule, whether it matches or not. – Match - Log traffic only it matches this firewall rule. (The action is determined by this firewall rule.)
Ok well this is out of the manual, to me it seems straight forwards, but it is a brick too though, there is an example to help you, basically you tell it the Address of the PC, (Right click on NIC and get address) that you want ports to go to.. then ALLOW it, UN-disable actually.. in the tables.

How hard and how much would it cost to change a chevyy impal from auto. to stand.

not that difficult with a donor vehicle, biggest problem is the paperwork at the traffic office ,certificate from a technical engineer ,projecto, then the work can only be done by a authorised garage who issue a certificate witht the right ID fiscal tax numbers .Then vehicle has to be taken to the test centre for a new annual vehicle mechanical inspection .where new papers are prepared showing the changes ,then these papers taken to the traffic registration office for a new registration paper .cost more in paperwork than what the car is worth ,comida sin trabajo----food without working

Does thies parts work togeher ?? WLI-PCI-G300N too D-LINK Router?

Hi! the buffalo wireless adapter should connect the the dlink wireless router if the driver is properly setup and configured. and u have to setup as well the dlink router, bcoz there is an option on the router - WISH (Wireless Intelligent Stream Handling) prioritizes the traffic of various wireless applications. u can find that on the setup page and select advance and u will see the option WISH.. here is a help list in order for u to setup the router using the WISH Technology-
WISH is short for Wireless Intelligent Stream Handling, a technology developed to enhance your experience of using a wireless network by prioritizing the traffic of different applications.
WISH Enable WISHEnable this option if you want to allow WISH to prioritize your traffic. Priority Classifiers HTTPAllows the router to recognize HTTP transfers for many common audio and video streams and prioritize them above other traffic. Such streams are frequently used by digital media players.Windows Media Center Enables the router to recognize certain audio and video streams generated by a Windows Media Center PC and to prioritize these above other traffic. Such streams are used by systems known as Windows Media Extenders, such as the Xbox 360. AutomaticWhen enabled, this option causes the router to automatically attempt to prioritize traffic streams that it doesn't otherwise recognize, based on the behavior that the streams exhibit. This acts to deprioritize streams that exhibit bulk transfer characteristics, such as file transfers, while leaving interactive traffic, such as gaming or VoIP, running at a normal priority. WISH Rules A WISH Rule identifies a specific message flow and assigns a priority to that flow. For most applications, the priority classifiers ensure the right priorities and specific WISH Rules are not required. WISH supports overlaps between rules. If more than one rule matches for a specific message flow, the rule with the highest priority will be used.
NameCreate a name for the rule that is meaningful to you.Priority The priority of the message flow is entered here. Four priorities are defined:
  • BK: Background (least urgent).
  • BE: Best Effort.
  • VI: Video.
  • VO: Voice (most urgent).
ProtocolThe protocol used by the messages.Host 1 IP RangeThe rule applies to a flow of messages for which one computer's IP address falls within the range set here.Host 1 Port RangeThe rule applies to a flow of messages for which host 1's port number is within the range set here.Host 2 IP RangeThe rule applies to a flow of messages for which the other computer's IP address falls within the range set here.Host 2 Port RangeThe rule applies to a flow of messages for which host 2's port number is within the range set here. This will work if you will be able to setup the router and the buffalo.. and ofcourse for best performance of this product, it is always advise by the manufacturer to use the same brand in order to work with best features, but this device will work..
