Hi, I have a cbf600 sa8 2009 and have owned it for approx. 6 months all was well a month in and then the bike cut out whilst riding and went completely dead until I dropped a few gears to bump back into life. 4 months later my heated grips don't work and the hazard lights only work on one side with the engine off and work with engine running. the bike always starts 1st time and all lights work.Any suggestions.
SOURCE: bike not firing
no go. When I got to the bottom I keep trying to start it. The starter had good power and would turn it over but it wouldn't fire. After trying a couple of times I would turn it off and let it set. I did notice that I am not hearing the normal buzz that the fuel injector makes. I don't see any damage on either side and don't see any loose wires. We finally got the bike back to camp around 5:30 this evening and got home. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I check? What next? P.S. It has been a great day, and got better. When we stopped to clean the bikes at the car wash, I forgot to put my boots back in the trailer. Anyone have a size 12 that they aren't using???,Under the left side cover you will see two relays, one is a fuel pump relay the other a fan relay. Try changing them around and see if that works it could be a faulty relay. Some auto shops sell them, if you replace it or just refitting it seel the relay with silicon to stop water getting in.If it is not this look at the fuses under the seat are not loos or blowen.,,,

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Initially, pls try recharging the battery again. Remove the connector to the voltage regulator. Start/run the bike. If it lasts more than "3-5 minutes" then you have just confirmed a defective regulator. The voltage regulator would look something like below image.
This page may give you additional insight.
Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

SOURCE: my honda cbr 600 is struggling as if it keeps
It all seems to be leading to fuel starvation. Have you checked the tank breather is not blocked which can be a small hole in the petrol cap or a tube from under the tank. It could also be a blocked fuel filter. There should be two. One inside the fuel tank under the petcock, another before the fuel pump. Here is the workshop manual where you can find all info you will ever need for this bike.
Hop this has been useful, rate me if it has...?
Thanks and good luck.
