There is a sticker of vacuum line diagram under the seat by the parts bag. It is on the right side rear of that compartment.

If your changing to Pads and not putting the old ones back in, use WD40 on the pin and let it soak in. I normally rotate the pin with some plyers and then work it's way out. Make sure you soak the pin with WD40 and let it sit for aa fir while so it has time to soak in

Try buying new diaframs for your carbs, because of the diafram and piston operation, if the diafram becomes weak due to heat from your engine, and by the diafram not beeing rigid enough, it hesitates to lift the needle out of the jet causing the lack of fuel at low tack/rpm when throttling up or accelerating slowly.

Hello if you had the fuel tank off make sure you did not hook up the vacuum line to the fuel outlet and fuel line to the center fuel petcock vacuum connection

My 2005 Bandit 1200S seems to misfire when I cross 7500 rpms while riding. No starting problem no other issues. Please help.


Check you air cleaner ,and change your plugs ,they could be breaking down and not giving a good spark at high revs .
