Christmas comes early. Go to the site below and you can download a free PDF service manual. Yours is the 1st one in the "Suzuki GSF" section of the list. 4 or 5 below that is a PDF parts diagram with part numbers.

SOURCE: Vacuum leak in carburetor. No vacuum available at the port to the fuel valve.
The carb diaphragms don't provide vacuum to the fuel valve...this comes from the motor sucking in as it turns.
Check that the vac hose isn't split/blocked or leaking and that it is a good fit. Also blow the carb spigot through to make sure it isn't blocked
