Check the fuses too and basically all the wiring, there could be somewhere a loose connection also check the wires at the solenoid switch.

When you reassembled the bike did you pinch any of the wiring harnesses? Trace the wiring through the bike and make sure everything has a solid connection between their respective power sources and activation switches. Alot of time bikes run wiring under the gas tanks so you need to make sure that you didnt cut anything when pputting it back on (if you removed the tank)

SOURCE: 92 FXR bike will not start or even turn over

that clicking sound is the starter solenoid. check all large cables for corrosion and tightness. as for the signal lights, neutral and horn, i think a wire is grounding , thus causing the problem with the bike not starting also. check at ignition switch and at handle controls for a loose wire that may be touching the handlebar. basically inspect all the wiring on the bike

SOURCE: 1988 Heritage Softail, electrical problem,

Probably time for a new battery. But first, check to be sure that water covers the top of the battery plates. Add water if needed.

2007 Suzuki GSX-R 600 all lights and horn quit working

Could be ignition fuse. If not that then check the large block connectors which are usually located on the left hand side at the front of the bike behind the cowling beneath the handle bar. These connectors are notorious on GSXR's

Honda xr125 L blowing 15amp fuse while i was riding no lights or starter or horn

Sounds like a short like the insulation on wire rubbed off. Could also be a loose connection on either the hot or ground side of light circuit. This would blow a fuse.

I am trying to re install tail lights/brake light and turn signals on a 1978 gl1000 honda goldwing and i cant get the turn signals/brake light to work. the tail light works , no problem. i have done...

Check the contact plates inside the bulb sockets. On old sockets sometimes one of the contacts will melt or sink into the plate causing half the tail light to not work. Many times I have taken the plate/with wires out of a different light and repaired a socket. I have also changed turn signals from front to back by switching the contact plates. Horns are notorious for not working. Check it by hooking power directly to it. If you have done a thorough plug and unplug of all the wire connections, your next option is to carefully take apart the handle bar switch and clean the contacts. If you ave already tried another flasher unit (12 volt trailer flashers are cheap) be sure to replace the old fuses with new ones. Old fuses sometimes separate internally and no longer work correctly. Also do not be afraid of taking the ignition contact base off and cleaning that. If you take off the ignition switch, put the key to the on position, push the three tabs, you can pull off the electrical contact base , carefully disassemble it, and clean it. Good Luck

Electrical short, No headlight, no horn, no turn signals

may have burnt a wire inside the wiring loom, use multi meter to check each wire continuity, or perhaps jump a wire from + battery to the positive horn wire.
use a fuse on the jump wire in case of short.
If this work then definate break in loom

Lights, turn signals, horn don't work

Look for a bad ground connection inside the headlight shell (or possibly elsewhere). The other thing that all of the items you mention that are working intermittently have in common is the ignition switch. With the switch 'on', check for battery voltage at the fuses for the headlight, turn signals, horn, etc. No voltage at the fuses likely means a bad ignition switch.

How to set timming on a 2003 Honda XR80 dirt bike?

This is the closest manual to your bike I can find.
http://www.autorepairmanuals.biz/site/57...
As you can see, it covers from 1979 - 2003 - Honda rarely change their engine configurations when they make something that works.
This manual was probably last printed in 2003 - and later year bikes just added updated pages (Honda does that quite often to save on re-printing new manuals).
The XL model is exactly the same as the XR, except the XL has additional components to make it street legal - battery, head light, tail light, turn signals, horn and street legal tires
