1.1 litres by the book. A quart of oil should do the job. What is more important is to check the site glass with the bike standing level after the motor has ran to make the oil warm. You shouldn't see any void in your site glass. Make sure you are using a quality oil. KTM recomends Motorex and it has never let me down. Make sure you consult your owner's manual. If you don't have one, I'd recomend getting one.

Put in 1 liter and be done with it. after a full night where all the oil can drip back down, with the bike level it should not be more than half way up the sight glass. With this engine it is better to run a little low than with too much in it. It should never fill the whole sight glass up.
