Will a 95 saturn 1.9 manual transmission bolt to a 98 saturn 1.9 automatic transmission?

This is the automotive equivalent of a ***-change operation. In short, dont do it...
The problem you have is not if the tranny will fit (which it won't as a direct bolt-in replacement), the problem is in everything else that needs to be moded. Your engines computer is not programed to recognize or work with a manual tranny. You would need to modify the console to accept a manual shifter, install a clutch and clutch pedal assembly, plumb the needed fluid systems, and replace the entire wiring harness in the engine bay. In short, if you are asking - this won't go well and even if it did work, the car would not be reliable. By the time you spend everything involved in this project, it would be much cheaper to buy a 95 or 98 Saturn with the transmission that you prefer.

97 Nissan Pickup transmission swap for 95 or 96 transmission?

yes this will fit, model years 88-97 will fit. I would recommend the newest model you can get, as they improved internal hardware after 93. hopefully this helps

Clutch repair 96 harley

Well, you can be 100% sure that this is the wrong clutch. Set the two side by side and you should be able to notice the difference. Take your old assembly with you, and have them match it up. 95-96 were somewhat transition years, especially the 95. However, depending on the model, the 94-99 clutch assembly should work. If you want to get back to me with the your model, and the exact parts you need, I'll see if I can get the exact part numbers for you.
