I am not aware of an E320 motorcycle. But, BMW make a car with that model number. If you need a road vehicle manual then try looking at the Clymer or Haynes websites.

Go to the dealer and ask to look at their manual for this model.
You can buy the official electrical manual for this on ebay... get the real GM paper one. Stay away from the disks... they are usually bootleg and very lacking in information.
Subscribe to Mitchel, Alldata, or some other service for your car. They have good data and schematics you can print.
DONT LOOK AT HAYNES MANUALS... when it comes to electrical, they suck. Go find a factory copy or get a data sheet printed or copied from a pro manual or from the real service manual.
Print out the entire power distribution part of the schematics. This is where most problems are and the most valuable part of the electrical diagrams.
Make sure you have a good Digital Multimeter and a good test light like Dorman LED test light that shows polarity and voltage from Autozone or Advance about $20
Apparently you have checked at the dealer, lol, a digital manual, do you mean a repair manual, or an owner's manual? A repair manual can often be found where car enthusiasts put them up for members on their respective forums. Or they would be the people to ask, you know, search a few Mercedes or E320 forums. Check out a few automotive books sites, too. One in particular, I remember was at Helm.inc., don't remember the website, but google (bing) helm and it should show up. A really good resource for new and used manuals of every description for just about every car...well, there may be gaps, but pretty extensive. Good luck..
