Bike runs but when gets warm shuts down will start in about 15 mins when cools

Valve clearence is to tight, compression then becomes zero when hot and when cooled down again compression is back. Adjust clearence maybe 0.05 mm more up, but check all valves an all cylinders.
You could have a burnt seat too.

2004 Yard Machine Rider is backfiring through carb any solution? I've tried replacing the plug, checked the key and cleaned out carb bowl.It was running fine then this happened.

Hi, check and adjust the valve clearences. When you do this take the piston 1/8 inch past top dead centre on the compression stroke and check the clearence, it should be around 5 thou on the inlet valve and 7 thou on the exhaust. regards Phil.

My pipes on cylinders no.2 & 3 are glowing and extremely hot. It's a 2001 Kawasaki zx7r. I jetted the carburetors and checked the electrical. What can you suggest. Thanks for any help you can provide. ...

this sounds like it could be down to valve clearences being out causing them two to run too hot i take it you have run and checked the plugs after the re jetting to see what the mixture is like consider getting all valve clearences checked

2005 Honda crf450x cold starting

doulbe check the grounds, & you might need to add and extra ground wire to the bike, closer to the starter. This should help. There is a valve that release the compression when you kick it off.You might see if you can pull this release the compression valve while pushing the start button????
