The part number for the stock lever is 57620-27A31. If you do a search on that part number at any of the online dealers that have the microfiche online you will see that exact lever is also used on some other bikes.

There is no other model Suzuki that shares the same levers as the SV on both sides. One side or the other will fit some other models but those models have a different lever on the other side. If you want real CNC billet sport/race levers ASV has the exact fit levers. These are pricey-$125.00 each. If you are looking for chrome Hayabusa **** you may have to swap the master cylinder or the clutch lever bracket(perch) with a 4-cylinder model.

Check the fluid level in the front master cylinder. Chances are you need to add some brake fluid and then bleed air out of the system. There is a bleeder valve on the handlebar at the lever and one on top of the wheel caliper. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

I just started my 2006 suzuki gsxr 600 for the first time since fall and it starts fine in neutral but as soon as i put it in gear it cuts off. The kickstand is up

Sounds like your clutch is stuck on [not disengaging when you pull the leaver]This can happen over a long storage-no use period. To fix put the bike in 3rd gear and start the engine with the clutch lever pressed[caution the bike will want to surge forward so keep your foot on the brake]Make shure to have the engine up to normal running temperature before you try this fix.the engine firing along with the brake pulled will release the sticking clutch plates. This will work!!!

Clutch lever removal

You need to loosen the adjustment at the inside of the lever as loose as you can, then use the slack in the cable to bring the holder down and out a small slot in the lever. You should not have to disconnect the cable at the transmission end but if you still find it impossible to remove, doing so will give you a bit of extra slack too.
