you dont need torque specs on that just use a 1/2 inch drive with you 14mm or16mm socket hold the wratchet right at the top and tighten it as tight as you could get it like that then use wratchet in normal position and just give it a little snugg it will be perfect i have done it a million time on the same type of bikes...

A service manual is a valuable tool with an aging bike. I suggest the dealer/mfr. or Clymer books. In the meantime, go to the library reference section...646 stacks should have what you need.

cylinder head nuts = 16 lbf ft - 2.2 kgf m cylinder barrel nuts = 20 lbf ft - 2.8 kgf m

11. Following the tightening sequence shown in
Figure 15, torque the fasteners in 1/2 turn increments and in two stages to the specifications.
Torque the fasteners to 1/2 the given torque, then
torque them to their final specifications:
a. Cylinder head nuts (1-4, Figure 15): 50 N•m
(37 ft.-lb.).
b. Cylinder head cap nut (5, Figure 15): 35 N•m
