Sometimes when I am riding, selection of gears becomes very difficult. It is as if the clutch is not working.
It will then disappear and not happen again, sometimes for weeks, sometimes for a few miles, then it starts again.
What I have noticed is that if in 1st gear and moving slowly, pulling in the clutch does not release the drive.
Also if I have stopped, and the engine is turned off, putting the bike in gear and holding the clutch in, it is not possible to roll the bike along.
Again as if the clutch has not disengaged.
Is this a common problem? Anyone else had and solved this? It seems to be the opposite of clutch slip?
It is the intermittent bit that confuses me, any help will be gratefully received

I have the same problem. Although it is only for the first mile or so until the engine has warmed up and it is only whilst changing down. I only have small hands and had adjusted the reach on the clutch lever. I have now changed it back so I can just reach it. ( not comfy but pullable) this has not rectified the problem but it is not as noticable.
