try with number 29 or 30, base on the fy=uses diagram you have accesories run by these fuses, that could be where the problem is.

check fuses and relays need to have the emissions system repaired for it to reset ---check the gas cap for proper seal and check the lines hoses and connections to the evap system

Hi, First check that you have wash liquid in tank. second make sure that it will not freeze by putting alcohol in your mix of water and soap. You can buy it already mixed at most service stations. Check pump for corosion on contacts.

Make sure it has washer fluid in it. You can also try to see if it is clogged up which is a usual problem with windshield washers.

moe than likely the motor is just bad getting the tank out will be the hard part once its out the motor should come out easily unlikely the wire came lose it has a release tab that can be hard to get apart let alone it just falling off

Buy a repair manual. It should only be about 15 bucks and will save you a lot of grief now and in the future.
