Burned spark plug - KE 125 kawasaki Motorcycles

There can be a few reasons.

1. The seal on the spark plug is not sealing properly and the oil from the two stroke oil is leaking out and burning. If it is leaking from the centre of the plug, the ceramic core is broken. They are cheap enough to buy and easy to repair.
2. The cylinder head gasket is leaking a bit and burning oil off.

Make sure any filters on the fan(?) or the air filter are clean as it sounds like it might be overheating as well.

burn out silencer packing or exaust leaks can burn a sparkplug , i guess your exaust system have lots of leaks that make the sparkplug fool and burn

A lot of things can cause a car to burn more gas. A clogged fuel filter, bad spark plugs and spark plug wires. Also a clogged O2 sensor will cause the engine to work harder reducing fuel mileage. Perform a complete tune up, replace the spark plugs and wires, replace the fuel filter and air filter.

Burning of spark plugs, could be a weak fuel mixture, Ignition timing advanced ( unlikely), wrong plugs fitted, ask dealer for a colder plug

This is the problem its running on propane which will burn the plugs out quicker than petrol you could try a hotter grade of spark plug though or them bosch one with the three electrodes but in all honesty on propane gas they will burn

I can't see the smoke you're talking about - but I suspect it is oil burning off. Did you see / apply any oil to either the threads of the block or plugs or drip or spill something on the exhaust manifold / pipe? Did you torque the spark plugs in properly? A loose plug can result in poor compression and ignition and allow some exhaust gasses / smoke to escape. The engine sounds to be running well, so I suspect that the small amount of oil burning will be burnt off completely very shortly.

Hi lutbarajas--
If the engine's plug is continually fouling, you may have an improperly rated spark plug. It sounds to me like the plug you have in the mower is burning too hot. Take the plug to your local lawn and garden supply shop and see if they can size a cooler burning plug for you. If the plug is original, and you have never tinkered with the carburetor adjustments, the plug may just need replacing.

If you've checked wire, plug & cap, next is compression?

use oil burning sleeves from any auto parts store, the screw right on the plugs, and hold the spark plugs out of oils way.

also check PCV valve and hose for clog. if they are clogged it will cause oil to burn in the cylinders. keep me posted
