It starts up idle rought as if its going to die (sometimes it does) when i get it running i give it a little throttle and it goes it just doesnt have all the power i know it does. I hold throttle halfway and it seems okay i give it full throttle and it bogs down and sputters. please help

Filling the tank full is okay. The problem sounds like condensation in the gas tank has made it to the carburetor. There should be a screw or drain plug on the side or bottom of the carb float bowl. Drain the carb and also drain some gas from the fuel line to remove any water and trash in the system. Chances are this will get you back on the road.

You need to check the following
1) . The carborator & air filter are proper or not.
2). The race & pickup is adjusted or not.
3). Ask your mechanic to chk the power output in bhp. Match it with the pescribed one.
4). The accelerator & clutch are properly working or not.
Your problem can be because of any of these. Please do a through check.
