SOURCE: Is there a manual showing

Nice idea buying a new fuel efficient transport.
Usually the maintenance for that bike is the replacing the lubrication for the first 1000 kilometers and 3000 for the next one. It only needs 800cc of lubricant. If you consider a very clean engine and efficient engine change oil every 1000 kilometers.
Upon reaching 3K kilometer, check also the transmission belt, rolling weights in the crankshaft pulley and the clutch at the torque pulley, and the belt. All of these is inside the transmission, where you kick the motor to start.
Hope that helps you out.

Thanks for asking FxYa!

Axle makes a noises going forward only sounds like a bad bushing

there is no bushing on my rear wheels axle albeit an older scooter...wheel runs metal to metal on the axle and so...remove wheel and clean an grease the axle an replace the wheel.... probably wouldn't hurt to run a greasy rag back and forth through the wheel a time or two too...Sometime next week. The Maintenance Dude here @ Big Muddy River Apartments will be correcting a dry rear wheel on my old ole Golden Companion II. I had just acquired the thing and almost immediately after I sat on it to take it for a spin. The left rear wheel started acting up. Lucky my power chair guy does scooter repair too, and he told me no bearings in the back wheels. Its metal to metal and removing the wheel an greasing the axle should take care of it, and I havt'a say that was really admirable of him cause he could have clipped me for a service call and a grease job.....the end

I have a 20058 Honda 50 today scooter with a puncture. Is there anything tricky about removing rear wheel as I have never done this on a scooter. The model is not listed below

The worst part of getting the wheel off is removing the exhaust pipe. It is held to the engine by 2 nuts that can be accessed form below the bike and then by a single nut to the rear of the bike frame. Once the exhaust is off you can remove the centre nut of the wheel after having removed the split pin at which point the wheel will come off.

The chain on my scooter keeps on falling off.

If there is no adjustment in the rear wheel, to pull the wheel back and tighten chain then you will need to cut out a couple of links and reset tire and chain or by new chain for that scoot because your chain is stretched buddy!!! Good Luck

Rubbing noise rear end but not all the time

Hi.Most scooters use a steel key in each rear hub to drive the wheels. These often get noisy. As the wheel turns the weight is put on the key and then comes of as the wheel keeps turning making a noise each revolution of the wheel. To repair remove the rear wheels and wipe a thin smear of grease onto the axle and key. This will reduce the noise. Hint, loosen the bolts holding the wheel on before raising the rear end to remove the wheels. If you place a support or block of timber under the machine, be careful of the motor brush holders.
Other noises could be gearbox gears worn.
Good luck. Neil.

Have a flat tire on a Chauffeur Scooter rear wheel.

I just removed the right rear wheel from my Chaffeur scooter. I first removed seat, plastic cover and batteries. Then removed wheel center bolt, set scooter on it\'s side and used a short 2x4 and rubber mallet to drive the wheel off. A shot of penetration oil helped. It is an extremely tight fit.Can\'t figure the two piece rim out though. Anyone have suggestions on why it is a two piece and how to remove tire from rim?

How can I put chain back on my E200 razor electric scooter?Everything is in the way.

First your going to remove the deck.
Take off the chain tensioner
Next remove the motor and put the chain around the gear
Put the motor back on the scooter with the chain on
Then take the rear wheel off and put the chain into the gear.
Put the rear wheel back on along with the chain tensioner and deck
Your done!

Note: the reason why I say you have the remove the motor and wheel is the get the chain on. So you may only have to partial remove the motor or tires to get the chain on.

How do you remove the back wheel of a Pride Hurricane scooter

Undo the centre wheel nut and remove along with the washer, jack the rear of the scooter off the ground then slide the wheel off the axle. If it will not remove, it will need knocking off from the inside rim. Be careful not to lose the hub key (a small piece of metal that locates in a slot in the wheel and axle) as the scooter will not drive if this is missing. To remove the trye from the rim, undo the 4 bolts that hold the two wheel halves together. When refitting the wheel, be sure to apply some grease to the axle before sliding on the wheel.
