That lose piece is called the float, it appears the stem broke off inside the float switch.
As it is a kenmore, you can order a replacement float stem from sears and do it yourself if you are handy.

You will have to remove the broken piece out of the float switch housing however. You will want to disconnect the power to your dishwasher first, then remove the front access panel at bottom of washer. The float switch will be directly under where you are pulling the stem under. You will have to try to rig up something to push the broken piece out through the standpipe, like a wire hanger. If you cannot, you can remove the switch fairly easy and get it out that way.

I have not worked on a kenmore, but it should be fairly simple to figure out how to attach the new float stem. Unless there is something mechanically wrong with the float switch itself, this should solve the problem.

Again, if you are working on it yourself you must disconnect the power!!!

That thing that broke is the float. It supposed be attached to an arm that shuts off the water when the tub get full. Did ya just replace the garbage disposal? If so somebody forgot to knock out the plug for the drain hose. oopzy. Food screen clogged? Ya might need to get down in the impeller and see if a bone or piece of glass has gotten into it. have you seen this video?

I have ASUS EEEPC 1005 HA Yesterday the character that comes after "A" stopped working . I have tried to open it, tried to get rid of the dust even put some WD 40 on the key too , its not jammed,...

Carefully pry up they A key.

You will see a little rubber thingy under the key, pop it up and you will see a little circuit board under where the A key was located.

Very gently clean SOME of the gunk off the circuit board contact, while keeping the circuit board undamaged (I usually find a nice new rubber pencil eraser works fine for this task).

Then gently wipe the bottom of the little rubber thingy off with a piece of printer paper (you are going for keeping the black on the rubber thingy but the sticky gunk off)

Then replace the rubber thingy and the A key and give it a go,

If that does not help then yes you will need a new keyboard. You can also disconnect the ribbon cable that goes to the keyboard and connect an external usb keyboard and try that to get you by.

LG front loading washer (3 years old?) not spinning

Open the access door at the lower left front of the machine. Use the small hose to drain the remaining water from the machine. Remove the filter (the big knob thingy next to that little drain hose) and clean it out. Washer will not spin if there is still water in the tub. If there is nothing in the filter, you may have a pump motor / impeller problem. Do an "ask me" if need more help.

No paper error

There's a little plastice lever type thing that hangs down above where the paper tray is inserted. When the paper tray pops up after being inserted, the paper moves this lever up. This is how the printer knows if there is paper or not. With the tray out, push the little white lever up and see if the "No Paper" message goes away. If it does go away, the lever/sensor is working OK, if not the lever sensor is bad. If that was not the problem, check that the paper tray is popping up after being inserted (look from the back of the device while you insert the tray). If it does not pop up, there is a little white plastic button type thingy on the side of the tray that releases the paper tray to pop up after you insert it into the printer. Make sure that is working correctly. If you flip the pritner upside down, you can see this little white plastic button type thing that should release the paper tray to pop up during the insertion process.
