SOURCE: where is the oil drain plug/bolt on a 2002 harley
Lay underneath the bike on the left side, and look towards the front of the bike, there will be a tube that runs from the back left side of the motor, to the right straight into the side of the frame with a hoseclamp on the end of it. to make sure you have the right rubber line, IT IS THE ONLY LINE WITH A HOSECLAMP ON THE ENTIRE BIKE. loosen the hoseclamp, and then pull the line off the frame (There is a stud welded on the frame, and this hose slides over it, and then the hoseclamp seals it off) This is your drain tube. Make sure the motor is warmed up *(of course) BEFORE you change the oil, let it drain until it's empty. MAKE SURE YOU STAND THE BIKE STRAIGHT UP, OFF THE KICKSTAND FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS TO MAKE SURE IT ALL DRAINS OUT. Then put it back on the stud, and tighten the hose clamp. Loosen the filter on the front of the motor (it's a spin on car-type) Then replace it, make sure you put a thin film on the gasket of the NEW filter before replacing. It is normal to get oil on the front of the motor, it is unavoidable. it will hold 3 qts with filter.

Follow the hose that goes to the frame from the oil tank. Loosen the clamp and pull.

If you are looking for an owners manuel the best bet is to buy one at a dealer, there is no screaming eagle package. Harley has never made a CVO Sportster.
SOURCE: I need to know where
A deuce is a member of the Softail family. Look at the bottom of the oil tank from the right side of the bike. Look for a large hose that runs down behind the transmission and continues on down to the crossmember of the frame under the transmission. There's a plug in the crossmember of the frame. Remove the plug to drain the oil.
Good Luck
