The best way to set up your suspension is to have someone hold the bike while your on it. Then a thrid person to watch. You with your feet on the pegs jump down on it with out sitting on seat. This thrid person is there to watch to make sure that the bike will rebound or come back to normal, with both the front and rear coming up at the same time. As far as the best set up, it is all a weight thing. Keep it where it is take to woods, if you don't like it adjust it. Keep doing this until you like it. It took me 2 days on my bike just to race one Harescramble.

Cobra cxt195 won't charge

There is nothing wrong with your battery or your radio. you bought it a walmart at the lowest price available. this means you get what you pay for i.e. no frills the indicator flashing means it is connected to a power source and is charging / Maintaining the battery. it will only come on again when the battery is below 1/8th of the battery life and flash to let you know it needs to be charged again. there is no battery level indicator. these will work just fine but dont expect the 1-16 mile range they advertize unless you have full charge alkaline batteries and a direct line of sight to the one you are talking to.

Ps2

Hey buddy FORMAT DISC means PAL games or NTSC games format.

There are 2 formats dics in this world for the PS1,PS2,PSP,Wii,Gamecube.etc

They are [NTSC] and [PAL]

[NTSC] is for North America and Japan ONLY. [NTSC] is Original games.

[PAL] is for Asia Only. Which is copied games form the Originals.

I need to know were did you bought PS2 Console from ?

If you bought it in North America or Japan then you have to buy and play Original games from North America Only.

If you bought your PS2 in Asia then you can play copied games.

It is most likely your PS2 is a NTSC, your PS2 cant read any PAL games so it will say format dics.
