I want to give my sons gilera sc 125 a full service but i cannot find the oil filter where is it located?
The Gilera SC125 does not have an oil filter, the two stroke oil from the oil tank lubricates the engine by injection into the inlet with the petrol. The oil in the engine is only for the gearbox and clutch. If you want to change this drain it by removing the drain plug underneath the engine, refit the plug and refill with the correct quantity of motorcycle gearbox oil or good quality engine oil. do not use an EP rated oil or the clutch will slip.

if you remove the air box and fit a sports filter the engine will run lean and do damage and will prob run much worse with a higher fuel consumption, unless you know how to read spark plugs to set the mixture I wouldnt do it.....
