Has it been sitting? if so its going to need a carb clean, its just starving for fuel, also you might want to throw a new plug in it #CR8E and one more thing and this is a very common mistake, make sure the air filter is installed and has filter oil on it, believe it or not that filter and the oil thats supposed to be on it play a major role in the runability of that bike.
