Your bike has "throttle-by-wire" instead of cables.

From different forums, quite a few people complain about the same thing.

It is claimed that the dealership can plug into the ECM and do a little programming to ease/alleviate the problem, so you might call and check.

2012 KOBELCO SK135SR EXCAVATOR Error code 20131

The error code 20131 on a Kobelco SK135SR excavator indicates an issue with the throttle motor control system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Restart the Excavator: Turn off the excavator and then restart it to see if the error code clears. Sometimes, the error code may be triggered by a temporary glitch or electrical issue. Restarting the machine can reset the system and resolve the error.
  2. Check Wiring Connections: Inspect the wiring connections related to the throttle motor control system. Look for any loose or disconnected wires, damaged connectors, or corrosion. Ensure that all connections are secure and properly seated. If you find any issues, repair or replace the wiring as necessary.
  3. Throttle Motor Inspection: The throttle motor is responsible for controlling the engine's speed. Check the throttle motor for any signs of damage or malfunction. Look for loose components, excessive wear, or electrical issues. If the throttle motor appears damaged, it may need to be repaired or replaced.
  4. Throttle Position Sensor (TPS): The throttle position sensor measures the position of the throttle and communicates it to the engine control unit. Inspect the TPS for any damage or misalignment. Ensure that it is properly connected and functioning correctly. If there are any issues with the TPS, it may need to be replaced.
  5. Consult the User Manual: Consult the user manual or service manual specific to your Kobelco SK135SR excavator for further guidance. The manual may provide specific diagnostic procedures or additional troubleshooting steps for the error code 20131.
If the issue persists after attempting these steps, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician or the Kobelco customer support team for further assistance. They will have the specialized knowledge and diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose and resolve the issue with the throttle motor control system.

I have a 5 wire self lock function twist throttle. I need help connecting the wires to my controller

  1. Red wire (5V): Connect the red wire from the throttle to the 5V or +5V output on your controller. This wire provides the 5-volt power supply for the throttle.
  2. White wire (Output): Connect the white wire from the throttle to the throttle signal input on your controller. This wire carries the throttle position signal and communicates the speed or power level to the controller.
  3. Black wire (Negative): Connect the black wire from the throttle to the negative or ground terminal on your controller. This wire completes the circuit and provides the ground connection.
  4. Green wire (Battery positive): Connect the green wire from the throttle to the positive terminal of your battery. This wire provides the positive power supply for the throttle.
  5. Yellow wire (Switch): The yellow wire is typically used as a switch wire for the self-lock function. Depending on your specific controller and setup, you may need to connect this wire to the designated switch input or function on your controller. Consult the documentation or instructions provided with your controller for proper connection of the switch wire.

Chevy trailblazer 2007 P0506 & P1400 what are the solutions for these codes

Cleaning your throttle body should take care of both problems. Clean your throttle body with throttle body cleaner. First disconnect the battery, clean the TB with TB cleaner, must be nice and shiny. When finished, hook the battery back up and drive around for 20 minutes or so with all accessories off, so the computer will relearn a properly functioning throttle body.

Your computer learned some bad habits, so when you changed the battery, the computer thought the throttle body was clean and functioning properly. So when you changed it, this caused all your problems. Very common, keep your throttle body clean, should be done at least once a year. Total cost if you do it yourself is around $5, for the can of TB cleaner.

I have a 2004 chevy trailblazer and whenever i turn on my a/c or heater it seems my engine losses power and wants to die.

I'm taking a wild guess that you recently unhooked or replaced your battery?

Your problem is a dirty throttle body, and if you do it yourself, can cost you about $5 for the can of throttle body cleaner. Unhook your battery again, and clean the throttle body and butterfly very well, must be shiny. Careful as the butterfly is very sharp. While removing the entire throttle body and cleaning it is best, leaving it bolted on will solve your problem too. When finished, hook your battery back up and drive around for 20 minutes or so with all accessories OFF. During this period, your computer will relearn a properly functioning throttle body.

Your computer learned some bad habits before the battery was unhooked the first time. When it was hooked back up, it thought the throttle body was clean and functioning properly. Cleaning it takes care of this problem. I do mine about once a year.

I have a 2002 trailblazer and a friend replaced a coil pack and dissconected the battery to reset the trouble light but now it kills the engine when i put it on defrost or a/c.

Classic dirty throttle body syndrome. Disconnect the battery again. Clean your throttle body with throttle body cleaner, needs to be nice and shiny. When finished, hook the battery back up and drive around for 20 or so, so the computer can re-learn a properly functioning throttle body.

Your computer learned some bad habits with the dirty TB, so when the battery was disconnected, it thought the TB was clean and functioning properly, hence your problem.

Total cost to fix your problem is about $5 for the can of TB cleaner.

Engine Light comes on and vehicle bogs down. Couple seconds later, light goes off and everthing fine. Had in for service and no error code.????

Hi and welcome to FixYa!

As a first course of action I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for at least 5mins. then reconnect it again. Sometimes the computer needs to be resetted and removing the battery connector can help.

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

Recently i replaced battery in my 2002 envoy, now if a/c is on it idles rough and will stall, can you help me with solving this problem

Clean your throttle body. Disconnect the battery, and take the plastic resonator and large hoses off that attach to the throttle body. Clean with throttle body cleaner, must be nice and shiny. When finished, drive around for 20 min or so, so the computer can re-learn the properly functioning throttle body. Your computer learned some bad habits with the dirty throttle body, so when you disconnect the battery and reconnect it, it thinks the throttle body is clean and functioning properly which is not the case. If you do it yourself, can cost you a can of throttle body cleaner $7.
