Heyii there is a shaft coming ut of the engine crank that connects to your transmission shaft which drives your gears and hence wheels.. so your 2nd gear must have worn out and for that reason the gear isn't working well.. get your gear box opened and check the gear.. Does the bike feel like it is jumping abit? if it does you need to get your gears re synced. can be done at any motorcycle garage but can be costly :)
