Looking to touch up my Yamaha YZF R1 - it's the blue colour.
The colour code should be on the frame, usually under the seat.To find a supplier, just use a search engine and find a distributor locally. Or order it online.

Frame color:
Deep Purplish Blue Metallic C (DPBMC)
This is Yamaha's color designation which is a dead end since they don't sell paint. Try Colorrite.com as they specialize in motorcycle oem match paint. This color is a 2-step process and requires the correct color primer to come out right. Color rite can fix you up with the proper coatings.

There are several different blues in the 95-97 year model,but no blue for the 96.The 96 has a bluish white paint with a code of 0390. Also i can give you the codes for all the blues if you want them. Thanks.....

Thry first spraying on smal piece of plastic and compair it to your original paint.
