I think you're correct in guessing it's a head gasket.

Loose the gas additive. Clean the air filter and then install new spark plugs. If the bike has carbs, drain the carbs. .... All fixed!

SOURCE: When I put my 250 Venox in gear the engine quits.

Either the clutch plates are stuck together (unlikely) or your side stand cut out switch or your clutch lever switch (on handlebar lever if fitted) is faulty

SOURCE: my venox 250 wont start.

If old gas sat in the carb.s for more than a month it starts to dry up. As it drys up it leaves behind a varnish like film that stops up some very small ports and pin holes inside a motorcycle carburetor. It is also very hard to get out. You can try this before you pull the carb.s for a full cleaning. Use a product called Seafoam, get as much gas out of the carb.s as you can. use a turkey baster and force the seafoam into your carb.s fuel line that you took loose from the fuel tank. Let that set for days 1 or 2. then hook up the fueltank with a mix of good gas and seafoam, (not a lot but enough to start it up. Move the cycle outside as the seafoam will make a lot of smoke if it does start up. If that does not clear up the problem you may have to pull the carb(s) and remove the blows to clean the inside. If you have to do that do not DO NOT MESS with any adjustment screws, DO NOT MESS with any adjustment screws. Just take the carb. bowl(s) off keep each one separate and number them so they do not get mixed up. do not mix up any internal parts. It is best to work on one at the time so nothing goes wrong. Work on a large sheet so if you drop a small part you can find it, you do not want to be missing some tiny spring or screw. Hope this Helps.

My car doesn't start off giving out white smoke but after a while, my car will start to smoke, it's not bad unless driven for a while and the smoke appears to be white, my temperature in my car is never...

usually white smoke is caused by water or anti freeze entering cylinder. in radiator or overflow the coolant will look like a chocolate milk shake. check on oil dipstick for traces of water or anti freeze. this would indicate a bad head gasket. look around head at gasket, and see if you can see any leaks. Most symptoms of a blown head gasket can be diagnosed through careful observation As the coolant heats up, and pressure rises, it will be forced into the cylinder during the intake stroke. This coolant will flash into steam during combustion and will be visible as a white cloud coming from the tailpipe. it may not even be a head gasket thats bad, cause usually if headgasket is bad, engine will overheat!! but if a bad gasket vehicle would miss and loose power. also check the pcv system ( positive crankcase valve ). hope this helps ! check system first !!

2000 lincoln navigator blows white smoke ,but runs and drives fine

White smoke is an indacation of anti freeze getting into the cylinders. usually the cause is a blown head gasket. it could be a cracked head. check oil for water mixed with it.if this is a blown head gasket or cracked head it will get worse and destroy the engine if not repaired.

Coolant leaking from rear of engine where the passenger side head and intake meet the block. The engine seems to run fine. is there anything under the intake that could be damaged or do you think its a head...

That would be a head gasket leak. The motor will run fine there min. change white smoke from exhaust but min. On newer cars the check engine light will engage

The problem is that your oil and anti freeze are mixing not a good thing. Good luck .
