SOURCE: broken exhaust bolt front not the one closest to frame how to fix

you will have to remove the exhaust from the head
if there is any of the stud left protruding from the head there is a tool that you can buy from your automotive spare parts dealer to remove the remaining stud
If no part of the stud is protruding you will have to drill a hole in the centre of the stud and use an easy-out to remove it, use some penetrating oil first to loosen any corrosion etc

2004 ultra classic torque spec's on front and rear axle nuts and front and rear rotors with front dual rotors

Tighten the rear axle nut to 60-65 ft.-lb. (81-88 N•m).
Front axle nut
FXST, FLSTC, FLSTF,
FXSTB and FXSTD 50-55ft/lbs - 68-75 NM
FLSTS and FXSTS 60-65ft/lbs- 81-88 NM
Brake disc bolts
Front wheel 16-24 ft/lbs- 22-32nm
Rear wheel 30-45 ft/lbs- 41-61nm

Kawasaki torque specs

Axle nut 145 Nm
rear sprocket nuts B and C models 74 Nm
rear sprocket but E and F models 59Nm
front sprocket nut 125 Nm
front caliper mounting bolts 34Nm
Hope this helps - if your wrench isn't in Nm you can get a conversion online.

What is torque spec for 2014 front rotor bolts

Per the FLH/FLT Clymer manual on 06-09 model years.
Brake disc torx bolts are FRONT WHEEL 16-24 FT.-LB
REAR WHEEL 30-45 FT.-LB.

I wouldn't think it would change that much year to year on FLHTCUI.

Front axle nut torque 70-75ft lbs, rear axle cone nut first torque 15-20ft lbs, second torque 95-105 ft lbs, front disc torque 16-24 ft lbs, rear disc torque 30-45ft lbs.

Brake caliper torque specs

I'd put a drop of Loctite 242 (med. strenght blue) on the threads of each bolt and torque them to 25 foot pounds.
