Brakes are hard to mash
Have you tried to bleed the brakes,it sounds like you have air in the system. I would try bleeding the brakes first ,start with the wheel farthest from the master cyl. The right rear, left rear, right front left front. If that does'nt help check the master cyl and brake booster.

They normally stamp the Keyless entry code in the trunk and if not I belive the Computer that controls this is located behind the Glove box and they normally have the code printed on it.
SOURCE: brake promblem with a lincoln mark VII
Hi! Sir; Your rear braking system need refurbishing.I think this will solve the problem.
SOURCE: 1991 Lincoln Mark VII LSC spark plugs and wires
you don't have to worry about a special tool if you are replacing the wires but you will need a 5/8 socket with a rubber boot and an extension and maybe a swival to remove the plugs if there is an auto zone near by they will print you out a diagram for free
SOURCE: brakes brake pedal is hard to push
Chk. to see if you got vacume to break booster, If there is than i would say the booster is bad. When you have to push hard on break peddel means either the booster is bad or there is no vacume to booster. I really don't understand the secound part of your question, Do you mean there are no bleeders on the rear breaks? or you can't get fluid to bleeders in the rear? If you can't get any fluid to the rear breaks, you could have a master cyl. problem too.

We did bleed the brakes as you suggested. We didnt get any fluid out of the bak lines. front lines did bleed out. Only the front will stop
