check gearing--or debris

The electric motors that powered your seat to make it move in those different ways has now died so what you need to do is replace your electric motors underneath your seat and it will be working properly again

If motor still running you may have a stripped gear.

The seat frame is most likely broken, you will need to have it taken apart and replaced or welded.

Check the connector at the seat motor. It sounds like the connector may be in backwards.

Remove the cover plate on the passenger side of the heater box, 3-4 screws.
Unplug the motor assembly, remove 3-4 more screws that hold the motor in place and pull it down from its position. Get an aftermarket motor and installed it in the original housing with the original squirrel cage.
Installation is the reverse of removal.

This sounds like the wiper motor has failed. You can pick one up at the local parts store. If not mechnically savvy, I would recommend taking to shop for working in tight areas that these can be. But, otherwise, the motor is on the fire wall, unplug, remove screws(4), exchange with new, and reassemble as removed. I hope this helps.
