Oil come out the air cleaner

Why does oil come out the air cleaner on Harley Davidson 1991 fat boy?

Could also be that you you added too much oil. I had that problem on a sportster

Too much crankcase pressure or the breather pipe is split/dosconnected. The crankcase breather goes into the rear of the air filter and the crankcase gasses are drawn in to the cylinder with the gas/air mixture and burned

Look at the various videos online (youtube and fixmyhog). The main thing is to not spill oil when removing the oil filter. Ruins the front engine mount.

I put a heavy breather air cleaner on my 02 fat boy its fuel injected. Now around 30 to 40 mph it sputters and backfires.

If it continues to do this, you'll have to take it to the dealer and have the fuel map adjusted.

How do i change the oil on 2004 Harley Fat Boy

on the right side follow the hose at the bottom of oil tank to where it hitches to the frame and on the bottom of frame you will find the drain bolt.
