No way to fix this over a computer keyboard, you tampered with the factory wiring, so there is no way to help you, this one is just a matter of elbow grease and time.

I had this same problem with a nissan. When I hooked up the aftermarket stereo there was a wire for lumination and the aftermarket already has this covered so hooking it up blew the fuse for the tail lights.

Consider what you have changed when stereo was installed. Using existing wiring is not like it used to be. The electronics has changed that. Going from fuse block is not a good thing.
Try undoing and examining wiring for damage and consider routing from battery. Cables are available for extra wiring from the battery.

Horn and brake lights

This happend when you put a new sterio? Now your horn and tail lights dont work. Well some models require and extra harness to make the after market sterio work, check in to that. Or a fuse, make you where the wire is and trace it to see if it goes to the radio

Tail lights dash lights and turn signals not working

obviously it may have to do with the installation of the new stereo, while installing some fuse may have blown or wires are cut or wires were not put back in order.

I just bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla S, and my dash lights and tail lights wont come on. All the other lights work, such as the headlights, break lights, turn signals, four ways, front fog lights and...

the tail light issue could be just bad bulbs, check them with a meter ,, also, check the sockets for power to each contact point,, normally if the brake lights and flashers are working, the tail lights should too,, as far as the dash lights have you installed an after market stereo? If so a common problem is a wrong wire got grounded,The harness from the car to the factory radio has a wire for the dash lights that shows up as ground with the light off. When the lights are on the wire is 12V+. Check to see if you connected the ground from the new stereo to this wire. The radio will work perfect but everytime you turn thr park light on the fuse will blow...and the radio will continue to work. There should be a ground wire in the harness as well, ensure you connect the ground from the new stereo to this wire. there is a 15 amp fuse that blows, check them with a meter rather than by sight

I just installed a stereo in my 1982 Dodge R50 and all of a sudden my tail lights keep blowing fuses. But my brake lights, blinkers and reverse lights still work. What could the problem be?

There is a wire that runs to the radio to light it up at night, the illumination wire. That wire is also hooked up to the same circuit that the tail lights get power from. If you wired up that illumination wire to the wrong wire on the radio, that will cause it to blow the tail light fuse as soon as you turn on the lights. Double check your wiring, or check to see that the illumination wire is not grounding itself somewhere behind the radio.
